Hagopian is commit #16

The Saddleback football program was back in the news with the announcement of another member of the 2024 squad moving on to the four-year level.  Sophomore Jackson Hagopian is the latest player to commit.

Hagopian committed to Central Washington University, located in Ellensburg, Washington.  The Wildcats play an NCAA D2 schedule within the Lone Star Conference. 

Hagopian was an All-National Division Southern League selection this past season when he finished with 35 tackles, six pass break-ups, one fumble recovery and one interception.  He played in 18 games in two seasons, finishing with 53 total tackles.

Hagopian came to Saddleback from Jesuit High School where he lettered in football, track, baseball and rugby before graduating in 2022.  While at JHS, Hagopian was a two-time, team MVP and the conference defensive player-of-the-year.  

Hagopian is the 16^th commitment from the 2024 Saddleback football team this offseason.
