Cats dominate at Cuesta

The Saddleback men's water polo team won four straight games at the Cuesta Invitational on Friday and Saturday in San Luis Obispo. Fin Perry and Jayden Rose led the way for the offense.
Saddleback had its way throughout the tournament, outscoring its four opponents 90-26. The Bobcats opened the tournament on Friday with a 29-3 win against Rio Hondo. Fin Perry had seven goals in the game, five of which came in the opening half.
On Friday afternoon Saddleback blasted College of San Mateo, 21-4. The Bobcats were led by Jayden Rose, who finished with five goals for the game.
Saddleback opened Saturday with a 21-8 whitewash of Chaffey College. Perry and Rose both led the offense with five goals in the contest. Michael Adams then scored five goals in the afternoon game as the Bobcats sped past Cabrillo College, 19-11, in their final game of the tournament.
Perry and Rose both finished with 16 goals for the tournament while Adams finished with 12 goals of his own.
Saddleback is now 14-9 overall and has won four straight games for the first time this season. The Bobcats will dive back into Orange Empire Conference play on Wednesday when they host Fullerton College at 12:00 PM.
