Munchoff to play at UCI

The Saddleback women's water polo program was back in the news this week with the announcement that one of the players from the 2024 squad has committed to a four-year university. Holliss Munchoff has decided to play at UC Irvine.
Munchoff was a unanimous All-Orange Empire Conference First Team selection this past season, also earning OEC co-MVP status. She finished with a state-leading 141 goals in 33 games this past season, leading the Bobcats to an appearance in the 3C2A State Tournament.
Munchoff committed to UC Irvine, located in Irvine, California. The Anteaters play an NCCA D1 schedule within the Big West Conference.
Munchoff came to Saddleback from San Diego State University where she played in 22 games for the Aztecs as a freshman. Previous to SDSU, Munchoff lettered in water polo at Mater Dei High School before graduating in 2023.
