Comes to Saddleback from UNLV where he was a part of the Rebels' program. Previous to UNLV, Luter lettered in football at Cass Tech (MI) before graduating in 2021.

Luter's cousin, Jourdan Lewis, plays for the Dallas Cowboys while cousin Darrell Luter Jr., plays for the San Francisco 49ers.

Luter plans to major in liberal studies and biology.
