Bio
Comes to Saddleback from Soka University where she swam for the Lions last spring. During her freshman campaign at Soka, Cowan was a silver medalist in the 200 Fly and 400 INdividual Medley at the GSAC Finals.
Previous to SU, Cowan lettered in swimming at Castaic High School before graduating in 2024. While at CHS, she was a CIF Finalist for four years, setting multiple school records.
Cowan plans to major in communications.
